- ABAlistair BallantineOct 13, 20255.0Honestly, this Enterprise treated me right. My train was scheduled to arrive just before 1pm on a Saturday. Enterprise (I don't know if it was corporate or the local office) and checked when my train was arriving. The location was scheduled to close at 1pm that Saturday - a little inconvenient if my train was delayed. However, the staffer stuck around until after our train arrived (just _after_ 1 pm) and got us set up with our car. Then, when dropping it off - it was well past the closure time, so no one was there. In a rush (it had just started raining hard) I accidentally left one of my bags in the car. I called them up in a bit of a frenzy (I apologize for being so frazzled!) wondering if there was a way for them to remotely unlock my car in the 10 or so minutes I had before my train departed. They managed to send someone from the local office who came, unlocked the car, and I was able to _just_ run and make my train. Seriously, props to that guy for making it there, I was resigned to waiting hours for the next train. Amazing service - thank you all for helping me out!

Also, the truck did not start. The only way I could make it right Was to drive this truck all the way across town to the airport and swap it out for another truck. This was a horrible experience.
