- DMDebbie MatottDec 12, 20255.0My battery died on Tuesday so I went to Autozone once I got a jump for a new battery. When I arrived, the worker (Joseph I believe was his name) was very helpful. He tested my battery to ensure it was bad before I bought a new one. Then he installed the new one for me in the freezing cold.
- NPNina PowersDec 1, 20255.0I stopped in yesterday and had a great experience. Chuck was extremely helpful and courteous when he was assisting me in finding exactly what I needed. Anything car related can be tricky and I was treated with respect and very politely.

He also proceeded to ask me if I wanted to try my dad’s or another guy’s number in order to earn them points for my purchase when I politely declined having my own phone number attached to an account with them because I don’t stop there often. I’ve heard jokes about how men in the vehicle maintenance industry treat young women like they know nothing, but to witness it in real life when I’m just trying to grab coolant is crazy. Do better.

- KJKasey JonesboroOct 14, 20252.0went in there to get wipers for my father and mothers car. the girl that was working was super helpful but all i could hear was a man cursing someone out on the phone. i didn’t get his name but he shouldn’t be on his phone during work phones especially using such foul language. not to mention i also had my two small children with me. props to the helpful girl because she apologized for the man’s behavior.
