Hood was up for a while and I began to think they had mistaken me for an oil change. Everyone was courteous and professional and I was glad they didn't try to get me to buy wipers that they've insisted I've needed in the past. All in all I got what I needed it just took a lot longer than I expected.
- JOJim O'BrianApr 2, 20263.0After my dealer said that it would be an hour and a half wait for an annual inspection, I drove down to Jiffy -Lube Where I’m usually in and out quickly for service. Add cabin filters and wiper blades, I thought that I was still doing better. Two hours later, the expediter came out and said that they had to order a connector for the rear wiper. If they had mentioned that when the issue was discovered, I would have told them to forget about the rear wiper blade, but we were supposedly five minutes from having the part delivered, so angry as I was, I had little choice. Bottom line: An annual inspection and parts installation that should have taken an hour at most, kept me there for two and a half. Unacceptable customer service.
