After the replacement, my rearview mirror’s auto-dimming feature stopped working, and I started hearing a whistling noise while driving. I went back because they told me the service was under warranty, but they didn’t fix anything. They just said everything “looked fine,” even though it clearly wasn’t. I later took my car to a Tesla Service Center, and they confirmed what I already suspected — Safelite did a terrible job. They didn’t install some parts correctly, and the cable for my auto-dimming mirror wasn’t even connected. Mistakes can happen, but the way Safelite handled this was unacceptable. I trusted them with my car, and they completely let me down. I’ll never go back here again and definitely don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Second appointment they were a no call, no show, no text or email. Poor customer service! Once the technician got here at the third appointment, he installed the new windshield and did a great job. It’s too bad management can’t get their stuff together and provide better customer service! I wouldn’t recommend to family or friends.
