  First time here was for an inspection. Second time, I brought my car for an oil change. Both times, they were quick, efficient, and courteous. I also like that you're able to schedule an appointment online, which is super convenient. I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here.

  Wow what amazing customer service! Drew, Brian and Mike got us in and out so quickly and they were just amazing!!! From the 2nd we got here until we left! Wow! Nice job guys!

  It’s a rip off of a place. I had ordered brand new rims for my Subaru. They told me to come back at the end of the day, and we’ll have your rims on with tires on the car. I dropped it off around 10:30am that day. Came by at closing time, 4:50pm and a younger guy had no idea about my car, who was at the front desk. He goes and checks, the mechanic Brandon Card comes out and tells me 20more min. He then just tossed the rims and wheels on, doesn’t balance, doesn’t check the struts and then I noticed 4 lug nuts stripped from wobbling feeling. They offered to refund on Venmo, and they did. But 2 days after refund, Brandon Card disputed the transaction and now I’m still out $1000+ of repair Go across the street, go down the road. I’m telling you this to save your money. They cheat, lie, upcharge insane prices all for them to be gaming on the Xbox behind the front desk. Joke of a place. Replace Brandon Card, this isn’t the first time I’ve heard his name with Monroe, and not in a good way!

  The tech didn’t fully close my hood after an inspection causing it to fly open at 55mph. To be fair it was partially my fault because the latch was sticky and I had to open it for him, but closing it has never been an issue for me. I’ll also blame Volkswagens computer tech team a bit for designing the screen to have very obscure feedback as to when the hood is ajar. The car was only worth about $4500. Im guessing it has dropped by half because of this which stinks because I was looking to trade it in the coming spring. It’s not worth my time in small claims court, but it’s definitely worth a poopie review. Overall, the tech and manager seemed tired and overworked but were cool enough dudes, and the labor rate of over $170/hr is preposterous. Holy cow a NYS inspection is cheap though! $21

  This place and the people who work there are scammers. Was quoted over the phone $78.99 for a synthetic oil chng and free tire rotation. In actuality it cost over $100 plus tax! When I called the place after my daughter picked up her car I was told that the call center I had made the appointment with can not guarantee that price because they are not affiliated with the actual store!!! He then also said there is a coupon on the register at the store that they would need to scan!!!! How would anyone know that if you are not told about or offered said coupon??? Not to mention they called us while the car was there to say we needed new tires(tires we have, have less than 20k miles on them)and that we needed a new air filter! Will absolutely never ever go to a Monro again. I will not recommend this place to anyone! Terrible experience, terrible company and terrible individuals working there.
