Even on a busy Friday, the day after new year, they took care of us and got us back on the highway in less than three hours. Niki was great to work with!

Nikki and Eric were kind enough to wait for me to arrive and stay open late on a Sunday night to replace my tires. They were very helpful in helping me choose the type of tire and they had me out of there and back on the road in about an hour. Would definitely recommend!!

We are not from this area, drove about 4.5 hours to a family members house who had passed away to take care of some things. We ended up having an emergency situation with the car tires to drive back home in a huge snow storm. We called about 5 places begging and no one would help. Luckily for we spoke to two lovely staff members at mavis in queensbury and they said come in right away! We arrived close to closing time and it was no problem for them. Thank goodness for them, in a very stressful high anxiety situation, it’s nice to know there are people willing to stay later to help us.
- SPslap peenDec 8, 20251.0i made and appontment for 4 tires and thats it i was here on friday 12/5/15 for an appointment at 2:00 and my car sat in the parking lot until 3:00 untouched so i decided to leave and give the benefit of the doubt and reschedule for today monday 12/8/25 for 8am when they open do i didnt have to worry about my car sitting outside waiting on other cars to get done i showed up for my 8:00 appointment and my car STILL sat outside until 8:30 and it is now 10:40 and there are only 3 tires done this is pathetic i dont know how you call yourself a tire shop and take 3+ hours to get 4 tires done anyone who knows tires knows that a 225/70/r16 is not a difficult tire size to remove or put on because of the large sidewall it should take no more than an hour especially if i am the first one here this shop is pathetic update: 11:00 on the dot it rolled out of the shop 3 hours not a minute more or less thats insane for 4 tires that i already had in the car and they are brand new not used
