Another customer has been here since her 9am appointment (her car wasn't done until 11:25). With 4 customers waiting in the lobby, there are only 2 cars on lifts. We see/here very little work being done. Most of the employees are idling, chatting, using personal phones, vaping indoors, and generally moving slower than molasses. I asked at 11 when my car would be in, and was told next. My car is finally inside (11:20), after the bay was left empty for 20 minutes. THIS marks our last Mavis experience. It's now 11:35 and the car still isn't on a lift, but the hood's open...for a tire change?! I'll pay more next time for professional level service. Our car wasn't finished until 12:50. After watching 2 walk ins who got there after us get there cars serviced and leave. Nearly 3 hours for a scheduled tire change, nothing else.It wasn't busy, and they seemed fully staffed. In the 3 hours we were there only 4-5 cars were serviced, at least one of those was the aforementioned 9am appointment.

The shop on Upper Glen street in Glens Falls, came to my rescue tonight whenI broke down with a flat tire and my husband was over an hour away and I was stuck with my son Stranded thankfully a kind stranger helped me get my tire off andI called the shop right before there closing and they stayed to wait for me to make sure I got a new tire and could safely make it home with my 3yr old son.
