I have to drive with the windows open to air it out while being in upstate New York in November. They didn’t check the air for tires as I knew one tire was low and they don’t vacuum the floor floors out anymore. And your prices have gone through the roof for an oil change and two filters was $200. You can do better than that.

When asked what this additional fee was added onto my bill for, I was informed that it’s for “shop rags.” Since when is it the customers responsibility to pay for the shops supplies? In my opinion, everything should be included in the advertised cost - it should not be an additional charge! This absurd and completely unethical!!

The workers were very kind, one mechanic always asked how everyone was and was very personable. 45 min wait time was what was told to me and they done it done within a half hour even with a full waiting room. Great experience, will definitely be going there for all future inspections! Can’t beat the price as well.
