  Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. The main issue was that without a credit card, I couldn’t rent a car. The staff were not welcoming or clear in their explanations, and I had to visit their office four separate times. The first time, they told me I absolutely needed a credit card or utility bills, even though I have two driver’s licenses (one European and one from New York). Their policies clearly stated that a phone bill would be accepted. However, when I returned the next day with a phone bill, they refused to accept it. The following day, I went back again with an electricity bill, and this time they claimed there was an issue with my permit — something I had already shown them before. It honestly felt like they were wasting my time. On top of that, their charges are excessive. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company.

  I needed a last minute rental when I unexpectedly had to have my car towed for repair. I was able to reserve the car online and pick it up less than two hours later. The team at Queensbury Enterprise was friendly and professional. Great customer service.

  Paid extra for a Corolla. Received the cheaper alternative which was the Nissan.
