I recommend online check-in. I walked in last week & they just handed me the keys to the car already waiting up front. Sometimes clients get a little hung up trying to show proof of insurance payment, but the staff even help them navigate the phone tree with their agency to get the green light. Also, awesome fleet of very new cars from sedans to trucks is the cherry on top of the customer service. Cheers all!
