  Just scammed out of a bunch of money they took us for over 1300 dollars and deny that it was ever even charged to my card then have the nerve to still try and get even more

  Rented a car for a while without a problem. Paid ahead of time every time. Then they charged me $1,300, which was processed, to my credit card and on recorded video, twice confessed to it should only "be a statement to reflect everything youve already paid." And then they continue to ignore it paid up two weeks ahead, saying I needed to bring the car in immediately because I owe money. They still owe me last security deposit for reconstructing a different car. Reported this company and employees to Better Bussiness Bereau, Attorney Generals Office, and Federal Trade Commission. This particular Enterprize has a long history of scamming and if you do some research, you'll see they paid multiple settlements for court findings of fraud. Never rent from the Enterprize in Queensbury NY. They are waiting to scam you.

  I went to enterprise for the first time last week. The process was quick and easy, Great customer service. They gave me a free upgrade to a great economical car (Chevy Malibu) that was a great drive fuel efficient. I rented from them for a week. At the end of that week, I needed the car for one more day, I was able to extend it Through a text message That was sent. It was super easy and I was Within an hour Of the time I was supposed to return the car. Super easy process I got my $300 deposit back the same day. I returned the car.

  As always, the Enterprise team never fails to amaze me with their phenomenal customer service. Unfortunately, my vehicle was in an accident and I wanted the repairs to completed by Garvey Hyundai in Queensbury. Therefore, I needed a rental and I was picked up by Enterprise. I had the pleasure of meeting Mason and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional and personable! He safely drove me to their Enterprise location and took care of me expeditiously. Later on, the vehicle I rented had a safety issue and I called them to let them know. Without hesitation, Dean stated that I could come back to swap out cars. When I got there, Mason assisted me and once again, he was great. In addition to Dean's pleasant demeanor and the manager of that location (I think he was the manager) that was extremely helpful and accommodating, I was treated with courtesy and respect. It's so refreshing when you walk into a business and your greeted with such genuine care. If there were 10 stars, I would select all because they didn't have to be nice and they were. I would recommend this location to anyone! Let alone Enterprise, because I've been a member for years now and NEVER had a problem! Thank you to the Enterprise team for always satisfying my needs!!! 😊😊🙏🏽
