Damien Tucker was very respectful and helpful during the buying process. He explained things clearly and even (along with business manager Ron Williams) helped me get a better rate on my loan than my own credit union was offering. Had a minor (loose parking brake cable) immediately after purchasing my pre-owned Honda Accord. Roger Combs got me in quickly and the problem was fixed immediately. No charge of course.
