When she returned with device it showed no codes at all. Originally went in because car would not start earlier in day. Eventually turned over and started. Since I have used this store with professional and courteous service in the past I recommend it for her. She then asked if they could check battery condition. The employee would not bring out reader to check it for her. TOLD HER IT WAS COLD OUTSIDE. Complete unprofessional service, and I will not use or recommend the company again. We several stores/ competition to choose from. The date was 12/2. We had snow that day. So the employee responsible would be limited to those working on that date. Maybe a little gender discrimination was falling in the snow and cold day.

He definitely does not get paid enough and he deserves a raise. We need more people like Patrick in this world. I don’t leave reviews but he was that great I had to leave one.
