Asked me to block off 8:30am - 1:30pm on a Saturday, and at 9:15am called to say they would show up at some point after that window but did not know when. I canceled the appointment and instead rescheduled for in person. I am hoping that speeds this process up so I can be done with this horrible company. I see the company has responded saying they are “sorry.” That rings very hollow. I have asked for a refund many times and they have refused. They have made my car dangerous to drive, taken 3 weeks and counting to repair it, and refused to compensate me for the countless hours lost. Take your business elsewhere.
