The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional and had answers for my questions and also a good help and welcoming. Waiting room is comforting as well

- PSpatrick salomoDec 26, 20251.0Came to get my driver’s side door fixed. They ended up working on the passenger’s side. I paid over $1,800, thinking that was it. Turned out nothing was fixed, as soon as i left, the lock was still making noise. I made another appt, they wanted me to pay additional $600 bc they said they found another problem but no insurance if that what caused the noise. They said they will know after they replace it. Basically they wanted to try different things and had me pay for every tries. I could have paid the other $600 and not knowing if that would be it. I took it somewhere else, 2 days they fixed it. I spent over $1,800 plus the car rental while it was in the shop, for literally nothing. When i spoke at the shop, they made feel like it was my fault that they told me they worked on the wrong door. Even if they did tell us, we paid so much and no warranty at all? Obviously they fixed the wrong door, at least tried to continue fixing the car after we already paid. I wish you could have told us that they didn’t know what was the problem. Big RIP OFF

They communicated with me really well, service was fast, employees and owner really care about the cars and people they are helping. Would recommend to any BMW owner anytime and day.
