  Horrible service. Theyre zooming cars in and out, I pulled my car in and they almost hit my car because they were going way too fast. Guy with big hair was rude

  Dropped my girlfriend off here, as she lived in the building. There was no valet parking only sign. But then a guy walked up and yanked my car door open aggressively and without warning, kicking me out of my own car as I was trying to turn to get out of the lot. Kicked my girlfriend out of the car too, even though there was no reason to. He claimed he was valet for the lot, and didn't let me drive my own car out. Didn't like that I was watching him, a literal stranger who yanked my door open, try to figure out how to drive my car (it's a manual) and kept aggressively wiggling my shifter. Eventually he rolled the car out, and kept wiggling my shifter while sitting in my car well after it was out. I hope this is a one time thing, but the comments suggest otherwise. I understand it's supposed to be valet only, but the way everything happened felt like a robbery, which with the lack of security there, if someone were to pretend to be a employee there, could've easily stolen a car. In the end, nothing happened, but this is not something that should've even have happened.

  There are two rude guys working, the don't have idea how to talk with the costumers, the workers are disgusting. Terrible experience there.

  I’ve been a monthly customer since just after the garage opened. Always found the service to great. The guys are super friendly and the process for requesting a car is typically super efficient. Thanks for my car safe and sound!

  Hoy tuve( Junio 18 2025) una pésima experiencia en este estacionamiento. El joven del valet parking, Sebastián, me trató de manera muy grosera y agresiva. Se negó a mover mi carro al punto donde los conductores normalmente debemos dejar los vehículos. Cuando le reclamé con palabras, reaccionó de forma violenta e incluso intentó echarme encima otro carro del estacionamiento. La situación fue tan grave que tuve que sacar mi vehículo a la fuerza, maniobrando en medio de dos carros. Me sentí en riesgo y totalmente irrespetada. Este comportamiento es inaceptable. Espero que los encargados tomen medidas serias, porque la seguridad y el respeto al cliente deben ser lo mínimo en un servicio como este. Today I had a terrible experience at this parking facility. The valet attendant, Sebastián, treated me rudely and aggressively, with completely inappropriate behavior. He refused to move my car to the designated area where drivers are supposed to drop off their vehicles. When I asked for an explanation, he reacted violently and even attempted to push another car toward me. I was forced to maneuver my vehicle out from between two cars. The confrontation was so serious that another young man named Mark had to intervene to deescalate the situation. If Mark hadn’t stepped in, I honestly believe Sebastián might have physically assaulted me. I felt unsafe, deeply uncomfortable, and completely disrespected. This type of behavior is unacceptable and extremely dangerous. For this reason, I will be filing a formal complaint with the consumer protection office and escalating the matter through my attorney. I will not return and do not recommend this place to anyone while they allow this kind of treatment toward customers.
