  All these low reviews are true, and probably would be a 0 if possible. I’ve lived in the building and not once have I had a positive experience. I’ve watched Valet Attendants pocket cash to let people park in the garage. I’ve been approached in an aggressive, rude, and unprofessional matter on multiple separate occasions. I reserved parking today due to the snow storm that’s rolling in, after walking up with all my stuff I realized I left my house keys in the center console. I rushed downstairs hoping my vehicle wasn’t moved so I could grab them. The attendant was opening the driver door as I frantically said wait, he proceeded to get into my car, execrate and beep at me to move. I yelled I left my house keys can I grab them, he then got out of the car, slammed the door and walked away. Maybe there should be a team meeting every morning of the employee policy that’s stapled onto the bulletin board of the lot. “Greet, Engage, Thank the Guest-%100 of the time”. The employees are a disgusting representation of this company.

  I live in the same building as the parking area at Woodside Central. I approached with a simple question, and before I could finish, I was met with a rude and aggressive response. I will make sure to get their name next time and update this review accordingly. People like this should not be working serving others. The attitude was completely unprofessional and made the interaction very uncomfortable.

  Horrible service. Theyre zooming cars in and out, I pulled my car in and they almost hit my car because they were going way too fast. Guy with big hair was rude

  I’ve been a monthly customer since just after the garage opened. Always found the service to great. The guys are super friendly and the process for requesting a car is typically super efficient. Thanks for my car safe and sound!
