WARNING!! DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!
Last week, their parking attendant crashed my car putting it in REVERSE instead of park to handoff my vehicle. The car rolled back, destroying my driver’s side and bumper.
As of now, LAZ has NOT paid for damage! They’ve shirked responsibility, trying to get me to pay my own towing costs and recoup damages through my insurance. After calling police several times, they finally offered to cover the damage quote IN EXCHANGE FOR MY CAR TITLE?!!! They’ve also failed to reserve a rental through their insurance so I have no vehicle for daily commute, costing me an arm and a leg for taxis. After multiple requests, They’ve REFUSED to turnover video footage, their insurance information or driver’s information. Completely criminal. I’ve been a customer for over 2 years with LAZ at home and at work. Such obvious negligence, I think, should be addressed swiftly. I’m still dealing with this after contacting LAZ and LAZ corporate multiple times.
I hope One Archer management takes these private and public complaints seriously and seek another contractor for this parking garage. This is an unacceptable, unreliable and offensive service offered to tenants.

BEWARE! Your car is not safe here. I reserved a spot here for a week via SpotHero for a trip out of JFK. When I returned to pick my car up late last night, I discovered that my center console had clearly been disturbed and money was stolen out that I kept for emergencies. No one had access to my car during this time except the employees with access to my key fob. I have reported the incident to SpotHero and I am waiting for customer service to address the incident. Beware to anyone else out there considering this garage for long term JFK parking.

I’m going to start off by saying the staff that works at this garage are great. However, management and billing are quite terrible. I cancelled my monthly parking subscription in May, spoke to the Area Manager Nana Kwesi Addai. He told me no problem he will cancel it. Even though I canceled I was still charged for the next month because according to Nana he forgot due to him managing other locations. Took 3 weeks of back and forth to get a refund. Cool. However, the following month billing I’m assuming reversed my refund and charged me again. I went to the location and spoke to the garage manager Rawle and was told he’ll take care of it and contact billing. Weeks go by and I still didn’t get anything. I reached out to him again this time via phone 3 times and was told this would be taken care of and that he’ll have billing (Savy) call me and that he was going to call me back in a few minutes as well, but never happened. A week go by I decided to go to the garage and speak to him (Rawle) and he asks you still didn’t get refunded? Obviously not if I’m here. His staff asked for my email for billing to contact me, which I gave. That was weeks ago and I heard absolutely nothing from billing. I sent an email to the Area Manager Nana, he never responded nor was this issue rectified. Called billing a few times it goes straight to a voicemail where you can’t even leave a voicemail because the message keeps repeating itself. Now I had to file a claim with my credit card to dispute this issue when it could have been so simple.
I’m contacting BBB next. I will never use this company again!!! This message is specifically for the owner. I have emails as proof showing that I went through so many avenues to get refunded. Even the emails and text, Nana the area manager just ignored. So disappointed. This issue has been going on for a month
