After I got into a car accident, my car started making strange noises, so I searched for nearby mechanics and they were one of the first places willing to take me in right away for a free inspection. They quickly diagnosed the issues and had my car repaired and ready by the very next day. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping me deal with the other driver’s insurance company. The insurance tried to downplay the accident, claiming it was too minor to cause damage, but the team provided receipts, photos, videos, and spoke directly with the adjusters to show that even small accidents can lead to serious issues like frame damage. They’re still actively helping me with my case, which I truly appreciate. Huge shout out to Daniel, Kelsey, and the entire Essential Auto Care team. You’ve earned a customer for life. Fair pricing, honest work, and great people! This is my go-to shop from now on.
