    That’s lady almost make me miss my flight By refusing to take the car key because it’s not time to open yet,Thus I have to wait until 8:30 am to give the car key ,even I already put the car in the parking garage she don’t even take time to talk to me ,I told her I’m going to miss my flight,she gave attitude like who cares in my knowledge I think rental car have a Specific spot to drop car keys in case they’re not open .the worst she can just take the key instead give me attitude.you guys if you going to travel after don’t go there you will miss your flight.

    “Putting you first” This is the worse enterprise in queens. Reps walk around with pants falling off waists. The girl at the counter is rude. Need some changes with the staff.

    Five Stars for Maria! Maria is such an asset to Enterprise. She makes renting so easy. She’s informative about all of the Insurance and Add-on options, answers every question with her expert knowledge and she is so wonderful to rent from.
