  I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. Vinny was the one who helped me throughout the process, and he was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the experience was professional, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. I truly appreciate the great customer service from both Vinny and Nate. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back in the future!

  Five Stars for sure for Nikki Nemier!! She was great at finding me a car that was in my price range. Very helpful with the paperwork too. Definitely go to Bob Johnson Ford and ask for Nikki Nemier if you're looking for a new car!

  The worst dealership ever. If you want get really frustrated leave you truck for services. You will be treated with all disrespect possible that you can have. I am filing a claim directly with Ford headquarters.

  I had a great experience with Bob Johnson Ford in Pulaski, New York. Nikki Nemier was my sales person and did an amazing job getting me what I was looking for, for a great price. She has always been great with communication with any questions I have after the purchase. Admittedly, I had been using services like Carvana for awhile now, but my dealings with this dealership have made me a customer for life.

  I contacted bob Johnson’s in regards of a 23 f150 that was also the same as another local dealer had they were very willing to negotiate and for my first experience buying from a dealership they went above and beyond all my wants and need Gary miles was exceptionally helpful even accepting my calls on his day off I tried purchasing from another dealer in the past and in comparison they blow them out of the water when it comes to customer satisfaction I’m a young costumer and they never tried to take advantage of me and during the buying process helped walk me through all the paperwork so I understood why I was signing certain things I will recommend everyone I know and will definitely be coming back!
