  Recently I brought my Mazda3 into Poughkeepsie Mazda for some part replacements, as it is now exceeding 200K miles. My experience with the service team could not have been more positive. Dan communicated issues regarding my car in a timely manner, Scott was extremely helpful, and it all made sense after interacting with their service manager, Tom DiFiore. In keeping this short, please communicate with your service techs any concerns you have before running to social media. Treating them with respect builds a relationship with the people keeping your car on the road, and you might be pleasantly surprised at their flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile when you approach them with respect and patience.I am grateful for Poughkeepsie Mazda and Tom's team specifically.

  We came to Mazda on a Saturday and it was absolutely packed, but the sales person just found time for us and went out out of his way to track down a specific car that we were interested in He found time to show us all the basics and get us started on a test drive. We absolutely love the car and move toward purchasing it. His knowledge and attention to us was certainly helpful along the way in making this decision upon delivery he made the whole process, smooth he was polite, knowledgeable, and sincere. I would definitely go back to this dealership as him and Gabriel were intricate in helping us by our first Mazda the dealership was spotless. The service was fantastic. Justin and Gabriel were absolutely great thank you guys. We will definitely spread the word and be back. There should be more dealerships like you guys. !!

  Between my wife and I, we have purchased 4 vehicles from Route 9 Mazda. Every purchasing experience was made easy and enjoyable by Andrew Nadal. He is very laid back and personable salesman. Never rushes or pressures you for a sales. He listens and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Very nice, clean and pleasant establishment. Everyone at Route 9 Mazda are pleasant and professional. Sales, service and finance dept. are all excellent. I would recommend anyone who is interested in buying a new vehicle.   I recently purchased a pre certified 2023 CX-5 from Route 9 Mazda, and I have to give a huge shout‑out to Justin, my salesperson. From start to finish, he made the entire experience absolutely amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure the car I had already in mind was the right choice. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every detail, and made the purchase feel easy and enjoyable. What stood out most was how smooth, quick, and accommodating the whole process was. Every step felt effortless,no pressure, no stress, just great communication and exceptional customer service. The dealership itself was just as impressive. The team worked efficiently, and everything,from the test drive to the paperwork was handled with care and professionalism.   Car buying was very clearly not my forte, but Route 9 Mazda and Andrew specifically made the process much easier! I first walked into this dealership to shop around and test drive the cars I was looking at. It was by far the most comfortable dealership I had been in and did not feel pressured. Andrew was not pushy at all and provided all the information I needed and was looking for. Other dealerships called me at least once a day, and still call! Andrew was quick and to the point while also trusting that I know what I was looking for and would be back if I wanted to continue the process with them. After a few days of car shopping, I went back to get the pricing information and find out what my next steps were. As it took me a few days to get all the necessary paperwork and such, they were very patient and kind with me. They held the car for me while I sorted everything out and waited til I could get in there to pick up my new car. Alberto was the financial manager I worked with when purchasing the car and Rex showed me around before I drove off the lot. All employees and staff were personable and kind. They made the process as easy as possible, especially for this being the first time I bought from a dealership. I will for sure be sending people this way and will be back next time I need a new car. So thankful for everyone at Route 9 Mazda, I am obsessed with my new car!
