The asst manager answered the phone and said they could get me in today at 2pm. I arrived a few minutes early and they took my car right back. I was only there for 30 minutes; my car was inspected and I was done. The staff was pleasant and efficient. They took great care of my vehicle. I will return to Midas on Parker Ave the next time my car needs service. Great service and nice people! 10 out of 10!

The Mavis center that she went to said that they could not help even though the tires were purchased less than two years ago. A " mom and pop" shop patched the tire so she could get back to Poughkeepsie. Nick, the regional sales manager contacted Laken and Geno at the Mavis center at 33 Parker. I arrived at noon on Saturday and in less than an hour the warrantied tires were replaced. Very impressed by the professional manor and responsiveness that Laken and Geno resolved this issue. My thanks to Nick, Laken, and Geno!
