Wildly unprofessional! I had prepaid for my service as well so had to wait a week for the refund to process. The fact that there are no longer any humans running this company is a MASSIVE red flag, there is no customer service department and scheduling has to be done through the website. Their prices are also a LOT higher than the local service I used instead. The only reason I was able to get ahold of anybody was because they called to reschedule me, so I was able to call the store directly, or I would have been completely screwed.
