  I paid for a premium service and the windshield was very dirty and they didn't change the wipers.

  I had a great experience with this Safelite location in Poughkeepsie. I had an appointment at 7am that I was running a few minutes late to, and I was met by Anthony who was very prepared and professional. He talked me through the process and offered to find a solution to an issue with my rear windshield wiper. When I picked up my car later that same day, the rear windshield had been replaced perfectly and Anthony gave me clear instructions of next steps. I'd definitely go back if I needed to in the future!

  They took all day to replace the windshield. It was ready half an hour before they closed. The next day I tried to use the windshield washers (because Safelite hadn't cleaned the glass), and they didn't work. I brought it to the dealer and it turns out Safelite never reconnected the washers. When I went back to Safelite to get reimbursed for that repair, they told me that by having the dealer fix it, I voided their warranty. Better go to a local body shop or glass repair place next time -- Safelite isn't good, honest, or worth doing business with.

  Was unwelcome by the greeter who was on her personal phone for my appointment at two for a windshield replacement. After leaving the site, the technician contacted me via phone because he couldn’t find any cracks in the windshield and he wasn’t sure what he was doing to the car🤦‍♀️. Was told it would be a 2 1/2 hour repair yet they closed at five. Returned around 440 and was told by the greeter the car was not done yet. Called again from the parking lot at 5:05 and was told the car was out for a drive to be recalibrated. After waiting close to an hour, called the greeter again who hung up on me. The greeter then left in her own personal car with personalized plates “Miss divaa”. Finally spoke with the manager, Cesar about my dissatisfaction that the car was not recalibrated and my gas tank was down 1/4 tank. He indicated he’d call me the next day to finish the service. After four other windshield replacements successfully done by Middletown Safelite, I strongly encourage you to not go to the Poughkeepsie location. My car is still not finished and safelite. Poughkeepsie has not contacted me to complete the service.

  Easy to make an appointment online with a convenient schedule. I literally made the appointment for at my location, but then realized it was too cold outside, so I changed my appointment to bring the car in and that was very easy to do online. My appointment was for 7 AM and I drove out of there at 8:30 AM all complete. The technician was professional and fill me in on what not to do in the first 48 hours and explained the lifetime warranty. I highly recommend this Safelite location.
