    I purchased a Mazda CX 50 hybrid at the this dealership. It is a great car. It has a Toyota engine, which is great for reliability, but with Mazda styling. My overall experience with the sales team, especially Rex was really smooth and he answered all questions that I had and he was able to work with me in terms of getting me the right deal. I knew I wanted the car. It was just a matter of getting the right financed deal which of course I was able to get from the team at Mazda Route nine. Rex was in constant communication with me and the day that I came to pick up the car, it was detailed, had plates on it and all I had to do was just sign the official documents which was less than 30 minutes and I had keys in my hand and a brand new car. Overall, I had a great experience at this dealership. I do recommend people checking out the CX 50 hybrid.

    I wanted to take a moment to give this dealership a HUGE shoutout for being such a great and efficient team to work with! From the very beginning, Tina helped me set up my initial appointment. She was incredibly friendly and sweet. I mentioned that I was shopping around, and she said something that really stuck with me: “Before you shop around, give us a chance.” For some reason, that stayed on my mind all night. The next morning, I rearranged my appointments and decided to head to Mazda first — and I am so glad I did. When I arrived, we were greeted by Nasir, who was very welcoming and friendly. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and he helped me achieve just that. He was honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. If he didn’t know an answer right away, he made sure to find it. I came prepared, and he worked with me to get the vehicle that was at the very top of my list. I’d also like to mention Anthony, who was equally knowledgeable and friendly. I truly appreciate a business that carries such positive energy. He helped guide me through the approval process and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Last but certainly not least — Vinny! He was exceptional. So friendly, personable, and honest. Those qualities make all the difference when choosing a dealership. We’ve had some terrible car-buying experiences in the past, so I really cannot express how happy I am that I chose Mazda Route 9 first. It’s been a long year, and getting into a vehicle that truly fits me feels amazing. If you need a car, go here ASAP. I walked in at 10:30 AM and drove out with a brand-new car just a few hours later. The entire experience was seamless, positive, and efficient. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a great experience!

    On Saturday, February 28th, I walked into the Mazda dealership with no intention of buying a car that day. However, after a trusted friend recommended Randy, I made sure to ask for him—and I’m so glad I did. I test drove three vehicles, and by the time I drove the last one, I knew it was the one. It was exactly what I had been looking for. Throughout the entire process, Randy was helpful, transparent, patient, and even brought a great sense of humor to what can sometimes be a stressful experience. I never once felt rushed or pressured. He understood that purchasing a car is a major investment and gave me the time and space I needed to feel confident in my decision. Randy worked with me for hours, staying until I was the last customer in the dealership. (Sorry Randy! 🫠) From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands—and he absolutely proved that to be true. I returned the next day to pick up my 2025 Mazda CX-30, and Randy had everything ready to go. He switched the plates, handed me the keys, and made the entire process seamless. I drove off the lot with a huge smile and a sense of relief. I highly recommend asking for Randy if you’re in the market for a vehicle—you won’t regret it! He’s also adorable 😉

    They are manipulative and less than truthful. Look at their reviews on other sites like yelp, they have 3 out 5 stars. Trying to charge me 483 dollars for a Tune up which was 4 spark plugs because they just changed oil and already had brand new filters in it. 800.00 for a serpentine belt and tensioner and tensioner was not bad. Also said I should change transmission fluid but they dont change the filter, that was another 300.00. 200 for a coolant flush. If you are not under warranty do not go there. Friends NEW mazdas fuel door wouldn't open so they said they had to charge them 3 or 400 dollars. (I forget exact amout but in that range)Granted it was during cold snap, but still. Do your research! Mechanic said I should have transmission flush and coolant flush IF I didn't do it yet, then guy inside said I needed it done. Ask around and see what people say. Nice building, bad bussiness.
