The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Best decision I made to get new tires for a 2021 SUV that requires 20 inch tires. If you want the best and to save $, go to Monroe!

The new answering service that Monro (not the shops, but corporate) implemented is horrendous and makes setting up an appointment impossible; they'll act as if you're a new customer and ask for your email, phone number, etc even though it's all in their system already and the connection is always terrible, so good luck conveying all that information to them. Just beg them to patch you through to the mechanic directly. They'll give you sass but eventually they'll do what you ask.
