The manager Cerrone and his staff were Amazing to work with he handled everything that he said he was going to do l, and I appreciate honesty and his professionalism. After having work done a year ago at another location of Mavis tires I purchased the brand Mavis tires that were garbage. I was able to speak with corporate office and speak with the regional manager, who was terrible and unprofessional His name is Nick. To have a regional manager, not explain things to you properly, lie to his customers, not follow through with what he said was very unprofessional. Thank God that Cerrone used his management skills, and professionalism to help his customer walk away happy. I Manager stop us from getting our tires done at that location because of the professionalism that was shown to us. Shame on Nick for being the regional manager and treating his customers that way!

The technician advised me that there were a few things that needed to be done in order to pass inspection. I followed their advice and my car passed inspection and she's running smoothly. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.
- CCChristine COct 20, 20255.0Impeccable Customer service from Shane!!! Stranded across the street from Mavis during rush hour with a flat tire 🛞 just about hitting the rim. I couldn’t make it to their parking lot so I called Family to help…. In the meantime it was 5:45pm I called over to Mavis and a wonderful young Man answered the phone. I told him the situation and he said if you can get enough air in the tire to cross over to our parking lot we can take a look and help. I said well, it’s almost 6pm so that’s highly unlikely that I’d get there before Mavis closes. He said he’d wait and access when I get there. No only was he kind, helpful and attentive to my frantic emotions but he went above his call of duty. I end up getting across route 9 and pull into a parking spot in front of Mavis, Shane sees me pull up and greets me. He said, he’s take a look & I told him it can wait and I will leave my car. I know he worked all day and it was Friday, I’m sure he probably wanted to get home! Next morning he called me right away, gave me the information about the tire & said it would be done soon! Usually when I hear it’ll be done soon by a mechanics company I adjust my day cause I know it’ll be a while. Nope, not at Mavis, they did what was needed & my car was ready for pick up before noon on a Saturday! Thank you, thank you, thank you to this wonderful young Man and the mechanics who worked on my car! To say I’m pleased is an understatement! Job well done!!
