Booked service through their internet portal. Selected the options for service, indicated by their service portal after entering my VIN. 30k service and check some engine codes that were stored and had been duplicated on multiple occasions. See attached photo for codes pulled the week before service.
First text received in the morning was listing everything that’s included in their 30k or better service at a charge of $2000. A major upsell as it included transmission fluid replacement among other things. My vehicle’s service manual clearly says that transmission fluid is changed after 60k miles. When I mentioned the service I selected online he was unfamiliar with any service for the price indicated on their website. I declined the extra unnecessary service and things went down hill.
After sitting with the truck for 8 hours they informed me they couldn’t duplicate any codes. The kicker was they actually blamed the OBD reader for causing the codes. Kind of tough if the code occurred before the reader was used! Lost a customer on this truck and any vehicles going forward.

They identified an issue with my vehicle and provided an alignment. They were very professional and thorough.
There is an issue that Trevor is helping me with said he would call my extended warranty policy and I asked him to call GM on my behalf.
The Milea dealership in the Bronx failed to properly diagnose an issue with the vehicles air conditioning system while it was still under warranty.
I brought it there more than once with complaints of weak defrosters noise coming from the car fan noise etc... all symptoms of a failing air conditioner.
The Hudson dealership is trying to help with that issue.
Otherwise, I will be stuck for about $450. in repairs for my 2024 Buick Envista that should have been repaired When the GM warranty was still in effect.
This really is a mess. I hope this works out.
