  My 2023 GMC Denali pickup broke down on 684 and Onstar helped with getting a tow. The truck was taken to Bedford Hills GMC. During the TWO WEEKS it was there I called several times to find out what was wrong and was told they hadn't even looked at it. Each time they couldn't give me any indication as to when they could get to it with the excuse that they only have one technician who can determine the problem. I called Hudson GMC on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie and was told they could have it picked up and brought to them and they would bring it right into the shop when it gets there. I was called the same day with what the problem was. I can't tell you how dissatisfied I am with Bedford Hills GMC.   They help you make the best choice for you and your family when it comes to making sure you and your family is safe , when buying a car or suv or a truck. Safety come first. They are so kind to the customer. They have refreshments for the customers , coffee, water, juice , snacks, healthy snacks too. It's just a great place to by a vehicle of your liking. The workers are so polite.

  My girl bought a used car here, never again. They are so cheap they wouldn't even order her an owners manual. They gave her grief over the warranty when the car was acting up even tho she paid for extended warranty. Just not a pleasant experience any time we have to interact with them.

  We purchased a brand new, expensive GMC Sierra Denali from Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC, and it has been a nightmare from day one. Almost immediately, the truck developed engine knocking and then shut off while driving on the highway, making the truck impossible to steer with the motor off and no power steering which nearly resulted in a serious, potentially life-threatening accident. The vehicle was towed back to Hudson GMC multiple times, and the dealership failed to properly diagnose or repair it. After towing it in again on June 3rd, we heard nothing for nearly a month. On June 28th, Carla from Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC claimed it was fixed after replacing a “Mega Fuse,” only to call back 30 minutes later admitting the engine was knocking again and the truck was unsafe to return to us. This was the first of several instances we were told the truck was ready for pickup, only for it to then be determined it couldn't leave their lot. For months afterward, our calls were ignored, to the point that we had to use unrecognized personal phone numbers just to get anyone at Hudson GMC to answer us. When we finally demanded a refund because the truck was clearly unsafe and inoperable, the dealership threatened us with storage fees instead of taking responsibility. This is the worst vehicle purchase and poorest customer service experience my company and I have ever had in 40+ years. Selling a dangerous vehicle and then avoiding the customer is completely unacceptable. In our opinion, avoid this dealership at all costs.

  I would like to thank Trevor, my service advisor, for a great service experience. In years past, I have had issues with the service dept here so I was reluctant to go back. I had issues with my cadillac and Trevor was assigned to me. He came through, not once but twice now. I will be bringing my car back there again.
