- GLG LDec 30, 20252.0I had a very disappointing experience at this rental location. I originally reserved a full-size pickup truck, but when I arrived I was told none were available and was offered a passenger van or minivan instead—neither of which met my needs. I rescheduled for the following week specifically to get the pickup I originally reserved. A few days before the new rental date, I called to confirm availability and was explicitly told that a full-size four-door Ford F-150 or a Ram pickup would be ready for me. When I arrived, the only truck available was a Toyota Tacoma, which is significantly smaller and not a full-size pickup as promised. Because I was on a tight schedule, I had no choice but to take it. To make matters worse, the interior of the vehicle was dirty and the gas tank was only half full at pickup. Overall, this experience showed poor communication, unreliable reservations, and lack of attention to vehicle condition. I was not impressed and will seriously reconsider using this Enterprise location again.

- SCSandi CDec 1, 20253.0Every rental car I have picked up at this location is dirty. Dirty interior windshields from never being wiped down, I can write my initials in them. Picked up another car for business travel and again, I got the worst vehicle on the lot and not what I reserved. The associate went and got window cleaner but I ended up cleaning the inside of the glass to avoid getting glare from headlights or sun. Dirty stained seats, dings in the car. If I opted to get a different car it would have delayed my travel. I cleaned the widows and accepted the vehicle, I guess I need to stop and put air in the tires too before I get on the highway for my 200 mile drive that I have ahead of me .This will be the last time I rent from this location.

They’ve made themselves readily available through Covid for us and they are very accommodating. In addition, they’ve even placed a follow up phone call on a not so favorable occasion. We highly recommend Enterprise!
