  I had a wonderful experience renting a Toyota Camry from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Poughkeepsie. Taylor, Ava, and Kelly were all incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable rental experience. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and made me feel valued as a customer. The Toyota Camry was clean, reliable, and perfect for my trip, and the level of customer service from this team made the experience even better. Thank you, Taylor, Ava, and Kelly, for going above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this Enterprise location to anyone in the Poughkeepsie area and look forward to renting from them again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Very bad service! They dont take cash, need 2 different up to date forms of id, and a running insurance plan if you show that info. It shouldnt be thos stressfull to rent a car after being stressed about the accident you were just in. These people have no compassion and would never step foot in tis establishment again!

  We had fantastic experiences with Kelly and Andrew in particular. When we were going back and forth with our insurance company they gave us good advice on how to proceed with negotiations. They were very empathetic when we could no longer afford to keep our rental car after our other car was totaled. Both Andrew and Kelly explained Enterprise’s policies thoroughly as they related to our particular situation.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this rental location. I originally reserved a full-size pickup truck, but when I arrived I was told none were available and was offered a passenger van or minivan instead—neither of which met my needs. I rescheduled for the following week specifically to get the pickup I originally reserved. A few days before the new rental date, I called to confirm availability and was explicitly told that a full-size four-door Ford F-150 or a Ram pickup would be ready for me. When I arrived, the only truck available was a Toyota Tacoma, which is significantly smaller and not a full-size pickup as promised. Because I was on a tight schedule, I had no choice but to take it. To make matters worse, the interior of the vehicle was dirty and the gas tank was only half full at pickup. Overall, this experience showed poor communication, unreliable reservations, and lack of attention to vehicle condition. I was not impressed and will seriously reconsider using this Enterprise location again.
