  I went in for my car inspection and the service was great. A guy named Brad helped me, got my car inspection and out about as quickly as I have ever had it done. He suggested a repair based on the inspection but wasn’t pushy about it. I will probably go back there to do the repair. Shop was nice and clean as well and I felt comfortable waiting while they worked on my car.

  Not my first time here, but definitely my last... Came here last week for an oil change, asked them if my car was good to pass an inspection, was told yes. So I made a 12pm appointment for the following week. I get here wait about 45 minutes, go up to the desk and ask when my car will be taken in. He said theyre on lunch i said okay when will they back, he said they come back at 12:40... its 12:45 whats the point of making a 12pm appointment if no one can take the car in.. they bring the car in at 1pm and come out 5 minutes later saying its an auto fail for the windshield, after being told it was ok to have it passed. that was the only reason i made the appointment for this location and it has passed the previous 2 years... then they bring the car out of the bay as im standing there, they walk away without saying anything. i had to ask if i was good to go... terrible customer service overall. Waste of my time. Time and time again mavis proves terrible service.

  Brad is the best serviceman and person that has helped me at any Mavis by far. He’s kind and patient and lets me know what needs to be done with no bs. He is a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be coming back to that store for my vehicle. Thank you!!! 😊

  Excellent and trusty. My daughter car had some noise and the joint in the tires were change in other mechanical service, was request to bring the car to alignment and balancing this mechanic do not do; she bring the car to Mavis and let them know she still hear a noise, they run the car and detect some scrubs were not well tied. They tied and did the alignment. Noise was eliminated, they just charge for the alignment. Thank for take care of my college daughter, for the honest assesment, and for the fair rate

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care. They did a great job on my tires and made sure everything was safe before I left, which I really appreciated. The team felt more like friends than just service staff. Chris, Ernie, and Brad were all incredibly attentive, informative, and patient, taking the time to explain what was needed and answer my questions without any pressure. Their customer service was truly top-notch friendly, honest, and respectful.
