We agreed. Showed up a few minutes early the next day and was told the inspector just left for his break. Huh? I have an appointment. We'll get to you as soon as we can. 35 minutes later, still sitting there waiting, we left. What has happened to this world where these putrid, entitled, lazy people are working and running businesses? WHY did a manager allow this person to take a long break when there were booked and confirmed appointments? WHY wasn't the inspector TOLD when they would get their break based on customer appointments? How is this allowed to happen in a business that survives based on customer service?
