My car ended up jerking on the highway with white smoke was coming from my exhaust. I checked my oil and saw that it was overfilled and way too dark for brand new oil Everyone was very nice and professional, promised to issue a refund immediately when I brought the issue up. Please check your oil after you leave the shop.
