  Enterprise always treats me well. Between the fair pricing, many free upgrades to some awesome vehicles over the years, and excellent customer service, I am a very happy customer.

  We had a bad experience this morning when Enterprise Port Jefferson Station delivered a car to our auto body shop. The car came dirty and covered in road salt. The driver parked the car into a snow bank, then expected us to do a walk-around inspection. We couldn't see half the car and it's covered in salt anyway. Then the car was stuck in the snow. Once free, the wife is on her way to work, right? Nope, she's on her way to the gas station because the car was empty. It's obvious that this location doesn't care about customer service. Here's a car. You worry about getting it out of the snow, you fill it with gas and you get it washed. The "manager" had plenty of excuses, but real manager would have made things right before delivering on a reservation made two weeks ago. That's what I do at work. Go someplace else for your rental.

  The Entreprise app gives you a completely different price than what this location was offering me. I go on the app it says $56 for a whole day. This woman at the front desk says to me there’s a $300 deposit fee and it’s $365. I’ve gone to several different locations never paid that high to rent a car even for a day. I was unhappy about the price and she YELLS at me very aggressively saying “I’ve worked here for 9 years; it’s the same at every location.” Very unprofessional. Not happy with how I was treated at the front desk.

  A-1 service with a smile!! I recommend Enterprise on 112 in Port Jefferson Station to anyone who needs a rental. I was picked up and dropped off by them as a very courteous perk. The SUV that I had was a 2025 Nissan Rogue, and it drove like a dream. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again!! 😊👍🏼

  Tom and Aaron with Enterprise at the Buffalo Niagara airport are the best. When they saw the price we were charged for a one way trip from Long Island to buffalo after our flight was canceled they where both shocked and adjusted the price without us even complaining about the price. They are truly great people and I will use enterprise again because of them.
