  Ramon did an excellent job with my car inspection. He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made the inspection quick and stress-free. I really appreciated his honesty and great customer service.   No wonder this location has so many negative reviews. I had an awful experience there. From the moment I arrived I could tell that things were a little off. It just felt a little sleazy/slimy among the staff. Three major issues: 1) they couldn't explain anything. No matter which person (man) I spoke to, it was lots of conflicting information, none of which added up, and you could tell that they were literally just guessing the information. They couldn't answer any of my questions and when they did, they were clearly just pulling things out of thin air; 2) To my point #1, after about 30 minutes of them having no idea what they were talking about and 5 different team members either not being able to answer my questions or giving me information that contradicted what their colleagues said, one of the men gave me a sticker that said "55,000 miles for next oil change" on it. I said "my car has 52,000 miles on it. what?" He said "You should come back every 3,000 miles. That's how long the oil is good for." I thought that was odd—much lower than anywhere else I'd ever gone. I asked the manager about it and he said "Well, the sticker says 3,000 because that's all our computer can print but the oil lasts for 5,000 miles." I explained, "but your worker told me 3,000." To which he responded "that's what the sticker prints but it's 5,000." So then why did he tell me 3,000? I asked. The guy couldn't give me an answer. I pushed him and asked, "Are you going to talk to him about that? That's misinformation. He's just trying to get me to come back sooner to make a buck, right?" The manager said he wouldn't talk to the guy; I pushed him again and he said he would. As I said above, there's slimy stuff going on here. I could sense it from the moment I drove up. They give you false information to try to sell you stuff and get you to come back and then when that doesn't work, they send another employee to give you different information to see if you're dumb enough to fall for it. 3) One of the guys said that someone would reset the oil change light in my car. As they waved me out, I stopped and said, "wait, no one reset the light" and the guy said "we were about to do it." (Meanwhile I was half on the street, and they were waving me off). If I hadn't asked, they wouldn't have done it, even though that's apparently one of the services they offer. All around, the entire place and all of the staff were so unprofessional. It felt like children (or just really untrained people) were running this operation. I left feeling disrespected; either like they thought I was an idiot and wouldn't recognize that they were trying to pull a bunch of stuff over on me, or something. It was super icky. I obviously won't be returning and advise you to read these terrible Google reviews and STAY AWAY!
