Why is it listed as available to rent and why call to confirm the rental if you don’t have it? Today, same issue. I rented a big SUV, they say I can have a crossover suv dodge Durango. Again, called to confirm and confirmed online data before but the rep (Shannon) said “we can’t find a large SUV.” Ok… so you mean to tell me out of enterprise’s entire fleet of thousands of vehicles, you couldn’t get me that vehicle I reserved almost 2 weeks prior? Incredible BAD service here. I do not recommend this location.
