    I visited this shop on April 11, 2026 after hitting a pothole that damaged two tires on the passenger side. Before any work started, I clearly explained that my front and rear tires were already different brands, so it was important for me to install tires matching the existing brand on the same axle in order to keep identical tread patterns on each axle. I specifically asked whether matching tires were available, and I was told there would be no problem. However, the actual work performed was different from what we discussed. Instead of installing tires matching the existing brand, one of my front tires was moved to the rear, and two completely different brand tires were installed on the front axle without informing me in advance. If I had been told that the correct brand was not available, I would have gone to another shop. Additionally, my car was moved into the alignment bay without my approval. I was not asked whether I wanted wheel alignment. When I said alignment was not needed, I was told that alignment was already included in the price and refusing it would not reduce the total cost. This made the service effectively mandatory. Later, another mechanic discovered that the right control arm had a crack caused by the impact. Because of the incorrect tire setup and incomplete inspection, I had to purchase an additional tire and pay for further repairs in order to restore matching tires on the same axle and ensure safe vehicle operation. I also requested the alignment report showing the before-and-after measurements. I was told that the photos had been deleted and could not be provided. However, alignment machines typically store measurement data, so it is unclear why the report could not be retrieved. Overall, I experienced misleading communication, unauthorized service, and lack of transparency. I recommend confirming all details in advance and ensuring that no additional services are performed without clear approval. UPDATE: Is there any point in calling, or is it just to create the impression that you care about your customers? I already contacted your support regarding this issue (ticket #1082586). I received confirmation by email that the ticket had been opened. Later, I received a call from a representative (apparently the same person I spoke with on April 11), who rather firmly insisted that everything I described above was just my imagination. After that, I added more details to my request, but received no response. Today I called support again and was surprised to learn that the case had been closed, and I was never informed about the reason or even notified that it had been closed.

    Walked in and the gentlemen at the desk was very kind and quick. Took the car in asap and worked on the car. Needed a tire change and they were able to do that so fast and they also made sure all the other ones were filled!!
