Came in for a simple state inspection and they put a heavy gouge in my rear bumper, and had the audacity to claim it wasn’t them. The plastic shreds were hanging off and very fresh. It was obviously them, but they of course deny responsibility. The tech was tearing around the parking lot like a speed demon in my car too, which is the only reason I even thought to check. Disappointing, to say the least.
