- BGbledar gradaJul 5, 20211.0Just came from the store and shocked. Mistakenly I purchased the wrong product for my car 2weeks ago and came to the store for an exchange for the right one. The sale person is telling me I can’t do it without the original recite . I have the credit card that I purchased and my driver license ( a strong identification), he refused to do that by explaining some hacks and fraud that happened to other stores and telling me about did I hear the news. I’m like , it’s impossible to talk to him and deal with him. So, to me anyone can give the receipt to friends or relatives and come to the store and exchange anything to this guy without representing an ID ( which is not strong evidence to them) and it’s fine and ok. What a Joke. Never expected this type of treatment in this business. I have 3 cars that I maintain them and I do spend products to keep them in shape. They just lost a costumer just for this lame treatment!

Yes we do offer free battery installation on most products with purchase. We will also recycle and test your battery for free regardless if you bought it from us. Battery testing and installation is available at most of our locations.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
