  Price gouging on customers. I made a reservation for 1 week and the price was around $600. Upon returning the car, my flight got cancelled. The only way to return home was to modify my reservation and extend as well as change the return location. They now have changed the price of the previous week rental and were charging me an extra $2100 for 4 more days and the change of return location. The 2 stars are only because the employees were great. Even them, made sure to confirm that I still wanted to go ahead with the change as they knew this price was bullshit. Also got a $200 rebate when I returned the car as I express my dissatisfaction. I had no choice, no flight until 1 week after. So great employees, but national pricing policy is garbage. I will think twice now from renting from them.

  Ability to accommodate delayed flights and a quick checkout process. However, one concern is that information about after-hours support was not provided, and the listed local phone number directed to the main office rather than the airport rental location, making it difficult to notify them of flight delays

  The staff at our local office is terrific (shout out to Troy and Cody). The pick-up and return was so fast and easy. Our rental van was in excellent condition (clean and worked flawlessly). National is our go-to car rental place. Highly recommend the Rt. 3 location.

  Jason was phenomenal to deal with. Due to the hours of operation on Saturday I was nervous on booking with National as our flight was arriving after they close. When I called earlier in the week I got to speak to Jason and he calmed my concern. He was willing to come to the airport after the posted hours. This meant so much to me and my husband. We were able to arrive into a more convenient airport because of Jason and his team. Not only was Jason willing to come back to the airport but there was another gentleman Troy that stayed later just to ensure we were able to receive our rental and be on our way. This trip was a special trip for me and my husband. We were doing a family gathering and making donuts. :) Jason and Troy helped make this trip happen with convenience and ease. Thank you both for your kindness and ability to make a trip memorable. Happy Holidays!
