- MVMike VanhorneDec 15, 20251.0My son is away in college he needed his snow tires put on an oil change and a front passenger side wheel speed sensor he dropped the car off picked it up when they told him it was ready got home realized they replaced his tire pressure sensors instead of the one speed sensor tried to start his car and it wont start also noticed they broke his hood latch and never changed the sticker for the oil change or reset it on the dash so did they even do the oil change they charged him over $500 he had the car towed back the following day and they said they would take care of it he said they had 2 new techs work on it but no they are now trying to charge him another $600 for there mistakes and trying to say its the starter but its definitely not the starter the light is on the dash for battery save mode its a brand new battery never had this issue until they worked on the car he wanted 3 simple things done now they caused more issues that did not exist before I will be contacting corporate and my attorney of this isn't corrected immediately! Never had an issue on the past possibly a new manager I dont know but not acceptable They see a college kid and try taking full advantage of him. Well wrong college kid wrong parent.

I booked an appointment over the phone got there and they told me they could not do any more inspections for that day. I called back the next day asked to speak to the shop directly the guy assured me that if I came in after work they would get it done and they did. Not good communication between who books the appointment and the shop. The lady on the phone should have known they were unable to do it instead of giving me an appointment and wasting my time. I still recommend their service just make sure to speak directly to the shop.
