A few caveats, communications as to what was going to be happening regarding how the issue was going to be fixed was very lacking. It was the tow truck driver that gave us the information we needed. Why was it his job and not Enterprises.

I needed a rental after my car was damaged in the first snowstorm of the season, and the entire team was incredibly helpful and kind. The branch manager, Natasha, truly went above and beyond. When another snowstorm hit and I couldn’t safely get back to return the vehicle, she worked with me and made the situation easy and stress-free. That level of understanding and customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Everyone at this location was professional, friendly, and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this Enterprise location to anyone—especially when things don’t go according to plan.
