I had pre registered so all i needed was to give the agent my cc and get the keys so after doing that the agent told me the car was a Mazda, he couldnt give me the color or even show me where it was. We finally found the car but it was keyless so we weren't sure how to start it, finally after about 15 minutes we got it started. The agent should have been there to show us how to operate the car as they advertised . We were disappointed in the whole process . The reason we chose Enterprise was because of their reputation!!

The reason is because of inventory...Like C'mon...Enterprise is a billion dollar company and I felt robbed of my money because we dropped it off at a different airport from Plattsburgh to Niagara. $500 for same drop off airport to $900 because different drop off location. Ridiculous!
