I had pre registered so all i needed was to give the agent my cc and get the keys so after doing that the agent told me the car was a Mazda, he couldnt give me the color or even show me where it was. We finally found the car but it was keyless so we weren't sure how to start it, finally after about 15 minutes we got it started. The agent should have been there to show us how to operate the car as they advertised . We were disappointed in the whole process . The reason we chose Enterprise was because of their reputation!!

No one was at the counter and I found out they canceled my reservation by calling a number on a crudely written sign. Enterprise/Alamo/National are all one organization at the Plattsburgh airport and all offer online rentals that they don’t honor. Go with Avis/Budget if you’re flying into Plattsburgh. I will not be using Enterprise/Alamo/National again.
