  Counter person was extremely helpful and accommodating.Great experience from Burlington VT Airport staff after Budget had left us stranded at 1:30 AM. Was able to give us 4 wheel drive vehicle even though we had no reservation with Alamo. We extended the rental with Brandon T. at Plattsburgh Airport with no hassles. Have done several rentals with Brandon previously and always had excellent service.

  Had the absolute worst experience with Enterprise/Alamo/National. I booked a reservation with an agent over the phone. No one was at the counter and I found out they canceled my reservation by calling a number on a crudely written sign. Enterprise/Alamo/National are all one organization at the Plattsburgh airport and all offer online rentals that they don’t honor. Go with Avis/Budget if you’re flying into Plattsburgh. I will not be using Enterprise/Alamo/National again.

  We rented 2 cars in July 2021 because they did not have a car large enough for the family. Upon arrival, we learned they had a large enough car, so we were eager to make the exchange. However, we were unaware that they would charge us $100.00 for the exchange, so we happily accepted it. When we returned home, we discovered the charge in our account. The car was so dirty that we had to use Clorox wipes to clean it in the parking lot. The steering wheel alone was so dirty; we used about 10 wipes, and it still was not clean. The car was full of hair, food, and empty soda and water bottles. It was clear that it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Awful. Update: The owner reached out to apologize and provide a partial refund. I appreciate the acknowledgement and post service effort.
