I was greeted by a gentleman named Shane who told me he recently took over this store….. the night and day difference on customer service before and now is crazy!!!!!! Shane and his staff had me in and out fast, explained everything about my car clearly and honestly, I know because they even brought me inside to visually show me while they explained… I left here feeling safe and more than happy with the way I was treated!!! THANK YOU SHANE… I suggest you come here and ask for Shane. He’s a blessing

While those locations got the job done, I never truly felt satisfied until I worked with Shane when he was managing the Monroe location. Shane is efficient, friendly, and truly knows what he’s doing. He communicates clearly, gets things done right, and makes the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. When I heard he moved and is now running the Pine Bush location, I knew I’d be following him there. When you work with someone like this, you know what to expect– quality service, professionalism, and trust. Because of that rapport and confidence in his work, this will now be my go-to location. This shop is already heading in the right direction, and I have no doubt it will continue to be great under his management.

I brought it to my dealership and the mechanic showed me that the brakes still have 50% life left. They ripped off the inspection sticker the windshield. This is extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. Don’t go here!!! Dishonest people who don’t deserve anyone’s hard earned business.
