I happened to be out in the Penfield area and my car was saying that the tire pressure was low in all of my tires. I stopped at the Penfield Valvoline and the kindest young gentleman immediately filled up my tires and sent me on my way free of charge. He just said “come back and visit us again sometime!” It made my day because I originally wasn’t sure what to do. It was a quick and kind exchange that stuck with me. I definitely will be going back to that location! Thank you!
