- JMJoe Marino6 days ago1.0Brought in my car to have snow tires mounted on rims I purchased elsewhere. I provided lug nuts, TPMS sensors rims and snow tires. Dropped off car at 8am when opened. They said would be done by Noon. At 30 minutes before they closed I called and they said it was just finished. I went down. The manager was standing next to me as I walked up to my car. He didnt acknowledge me standing there because he was talking with a worker in a car about something funny apparently. So I started loading my tires in because they were about to close and I needed to go. As I was grabbing the 2nd one (my hatch was open and it makes loud beeping noise as it opens) I hit a pole next to the car. The pole fell over and smashed the rear drivers side tail light. The manager came over and said "Oh I didnt see you there" ok, right, I was 10 feet away the only person in the bay right next to him and he didnt see me. He obviously was going to let me load the tires and rims myself, until the pole fell and smashed my 2024 Chevy Equinox EV tail light. Only then after I was shouting choice words did he come over. The TPMS sensors do not work, the rear tail light is now broken and I have to come out of pocket $500 for a replacement. He didnt even acknowledge the damage happening in front of him.

It's about the only thing a trailer inspection is for so I said I'll sort it and come back - manager says hang on a sec then proceeds to verify fuses and cleans out plug that trailer lights attach to ... and voila! He fixed the issue! No charge - now that's the way to get a forever customer. Also had a tire replaced and they were knowledgeable enough to explain that I had to have an exact match with other 3 since it is on an a 4wd. Value and Service! Highly recommend !
