Dave (manager), Julie (assistant mgr), Bimba (tech/mechanic), and the guys I didn't get names... were and have always had my best interest. Here's the backstory... I kept noticing my tire pressure light kept going on every 2 days after filling all four tires. I'd stop by, they'd come out and check all 4 tires and fill them. We actually started monitoring which tire(s) were causing the light to go on. This went on for a month. Funny thing was that I had tire service done at Walmart when this started. I had gone back to Walmart to have them 'fix' the problem. Two weeks later it started again. I went to Monro and they not only fixed the issue; but they did it for free. I just live working with people like this team. Kudos to Monro for their staff!

Place is ran by a bunch of clowns... do you really want a clown to manage working on your vehicle. If a shop has the district manager running the register, there is a problem, then when the district manager does not care about keeping a customer, or honoring their agreement, it's a great example of how they will treat you at all aspects of your service needs. No wonder these places go under so much! Poor customer service!!! And one less customer for them to worry about ever. Went down the street and the other shop took me in right away and apologized for how monro treated their customers. Wow this new place earned me as a regular customer, I'm actually glad now monro treated me poorly so I could find a better place to go. Don't waste your money and TIME here!
