My tire was evaluated, a new tire found, and returned to me by 1130am. What efficiency!! I returned later in the day for help resetting my indicator light. Again, so nice and helpful. Will definitely return for my auto needs.
- MAMatthew AndrychukDec 19, 20251.0Service here is bad. I brought a vehicle in because I was smelling exhaust and for heating issues, which I was told would have a diagnostic. I was told I would be called once they figure out what was done. I never received a call. I dropped the vehicle off at 1:00 PM and stated I needed the vehicle by 10 AM next day. I could return it for future diagnostics. When I arrived next day, I was informed nothing was done besides an oil change. None of the filters where checked to be changed. I was told no one here is going to look at your heating components and take out dash or perform a exhaust leak test. If this was true, WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT OVER A DAY FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. I would rather wait with the vehicle and go back to work the rest of the night and not be out of a car. The communication here sucks. It is obviously complacent and lip service based.

He kept me informed through my whole process. Thank you for a wonderful experience Nelson!! I will definitely recommend my family and friends to this location and be back there for service on my vehicle.
