  My sister went to this location for headlight bulbs, before she went she asked me if AutoZone installs them, I told her "yes" because the AUTOZONE that I work for in FLORIDA installs headlight bulbs as long as we can access it. I told her that we also install brake light, turn signal and backup bulbs. Well......when she went into this location I was on the phone and heard the Autozoner tell her that "We don't do that here at AutoZone" and I told her to call BS. She goes to AutoZone because I work for AutoZone and I'm a parts expert. I was totally shocked when I heard the Autozoner say what he said. (CSR#38)
