When it became clear that Avenue Sound was not going to attempt to be helpful, Intoxalock referred me to Jazz Audio in Centereach,NY- The personnel at Jazz Audio, especially Michael, could not have been more responsive and helpful. As far as Intoxalock, the devices are difficult to use and its automated phone system is a nightmare and when you actually reach a human being, he or she is difficult to understand and often gives misinformation. HOWEVER, I was finally contacted by an Intoxalock customer advocacy representative, social media specialist, Blanca, who was nothing short of terrific: She spoke clear, unaccented English; she answered all questions, and although complicated she resolved my many issues. This review is impossible to give a numbered rating: I would give both Avenue Sound and Intoxalock phone response zero stars, but I would give Jazz Audio and especially Blanca 10 stars.
