Afterwards, I drove 9 1/2 miles, and when I got back in my car to leave, the engine would not run. I had to tow my vehicle to a dealership to be further looked over. I opened a customer care case with Valvoline. The manager went to the dealership to take surface area pictures of my vehicle to then call me to say they were dismissing my case, because there was nothing wrong that they did. However, the mechanics at the dealership have not even looked at the vehicle yet to determine what caused the engine to blow. The likely scenario is that something faulty was done during the oil change. I will update my review when I have more information.
