    The staff on Rockaway blvd is friendly, courteous and professional. They went out of their way to insure we were satisfied with our rental. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from this location again

    This Saturday morning, I visited the Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch Ozone park location, but was unable to rent a vehicle. The reason was not a lack of funds or an invalid driver’s license, but rather the absence of a recent utility or service bill — such as one from Con Edison, a cable provider, or a receipt from my latest Uber or DoorDash order. While I understand the importance of verification, these new requirements seem unnecessary and inconvenient for returning customers. I have rented from Enterprise in the past without needing to provide such documents, and I was very satisfied with their service. However, due to these new policies, I will no longer be renting from this company and cannot recommend it to others.
