    Customer service and help was amazing. Only issue I had was I rented a vechicle for the holidays for a family road trip and we had some issues where we had to take a day of our vacation to service their vechicle. Was an inconvenience for me but overall everything else was amazing

    I seriously do not know where these reviews come from, but I've used Enterprise in various locations and this location is the worst! Staff is very polite and nice but the vehicles they have at this lot is sinful to rent to anyone. I got into a white Honda and it was clearly a vehicle that had been in many accidents because they still have blue paint and dents on the sides and all the wheels were scuffed and It has brown speck of paint all over the car but that's the least of the problem. There is a transmission problem with the car. It does not drive smoothly. On top of that, I Came in to swap out the vehicle because this one doesn't drive, only to get into another vehicle that smelled of smoke so bad, even after two car wash, my asthma kicked in high gear after driving this for 1 hour! Never never again! Now I have to swap this vehicle out at a different location in order to get a vehicle that works and doesn't smell like I'm in somebody else's car with my clothes smelling like an ashtray.
