    My Wife and I have been coming to the oswego monro for years after a terrible experience at another shop ( I was a mechanic in a past life, just don't lie to me) The staff here have always been respectful, prompt, and transparent. If it's me or the wife they always explained everything and most importantly have been honest. Never tried to pressure upsale anything that was not needed. Everything is expensive nowadays, choose to spend your money with people who give a damn and do it the right way.
