    The call center was the worst experience EVER! But the guys who work at the Oswego location are 5 star all the way! From arrival to departure and everything in between they are the best!

    i got all 4 tires done within 2 hours and less total and it was amazing work, wayne at the front desk is a great day and all of the other staff, great prices and good tires and good work i highly recommend! and ask to speak to wayne on deals on tires!

    Our Kia Soul was in need of way over due rear breaks service so we gave Monro here in Oswego a call to try and get it done that day. Now this was on Labor day and they were open but we weren't sure that they could work us in. Well, not only did they give us an appointment but they performed the service while we waited, just over an hour to complete! Very accommodating and friendly and did a great job as well. Our son has had his Honda Accord serviced there as well and was also very happy with his experience. We highly recommend them.
