- TMTim McFarlandDec 23, 20251.0I made a 11 o'clock appointment and left my car at 11. I came back 2 hours later and they were just starting my oil change. I watched the mechanic dilly dally while trying to figure out how to get the skid plate off to get to the oil pan. He managed to get part of the bolts out finally but didn't take them all out. He reached in and took out the drain plug, letting the oil dump all over the skid plate, as he pulled down the one side of the skid plate to drain off the oil. Once he finally got everything back together, he backed the vehicle out of the bay, but couldn't get the hood to latch correctly. After three attempts he just left it partially lached and went back inside. I went up to pay and told the guy at the counter that the hood still wasn't latched correctly. He went out and asked the mechanic if the hood was latched and was told it was all set. After I paid, I had to go outside and fix the hood myself. I tried to scan the code that was in the waiting area to give a review, but the link said the website was no longer available. The only reason I gave one star is that the guy who cashed me out gave me $40 off the oil change. So what should have been done by like 11:30, took me until 2 to get an oil change! I'm never going back here again!
