Despite booking my requested vehicle over two weeks in advance, they failed to have it in stock upon arrival. The cars themselves were in poor condition—dirty on the inside and clearly not well-maintained on the outside. To make matters worse, the vehicles were provided with almost no gas, which is a major inconvenience when you're trying to get on the road. The lack of customer service and poor communication from the staff made a bad situation even more stressful. I won't be returning a third time.
