- SWSarah WNov 7, 20255.0I always go to this location for my oil changes. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Recently when I went, I thought a bracket was missing from sometime underneath the car, as I have had that happen getting an oil change elsewhere so I went in and they had no issue looking over my whole vehicle. My coolant was even low so they filled that for free. The one guy explained what the vibrations I thought were a loose shield might be and they made sure to check every spot. Every single person there is always friendly and that is also one of the main reasons I go there. I got a new car and I avoid the dealership because the service staff is not transparent so I trust this Valvoline with my car every time. The coupons are also a plus, and they ask before you even show them if you have a coupon. 10/10

I appreciate John explaining to me the issues with my car that could be improved on while not being pushy on getting the services right then and there. John is the best Valvovine representative I have worked with, he did not make me feel incompetent, he was gentle and I got the service I wanted, an oil change. Shout out to Keith and Christian for being polite and getting a standard oil change done for me. I am not well versed in cars but I appreciate going to get service from staff such as these three gentleman who are not demeaning, and who are polite and gentle.

- CACyn ASep 9, 20251.0The assistant manager lied to me about my oil change being stripped. He initially told ne the guy that did it doesn't work there anymore and the boss was on his way to do it. The boss couldn't get it off so he switched the story saying oh the oil heated up and melted it. That sounded so dumb! I went to the car dealer only to find out it was stripped through valvoline by being over tightened. So I called and the same ignorant guy started telling me I must of had someone else do it when he knows I only come there. Ill never go back there ever again.
